At GlameCart Pakistan, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer refunds or exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges are applicable only if:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 48 to 72 hours of delivery.
The product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging
To request a refund or exchange, customers must contact our support team with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
Change of mind after delivery
Color or design variation due to lighting or screen differences
Used, worn, or altered products
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Orders placed with incorrect size or details provided by the customer
Exchange Process
If approved, exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers may exchange an item for the same product or another item of equal value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case. Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the issue is due to our error
Final Decision
GlameCart reserves the right to approve or decline any refund or exchange request after review.
