Refund Policy

At Glame Cart, customer satisfaction is important to us. We

Customers may submit a refund claim within 24–48 hours of receiving
their order if the issue is due to an error on our part, including:

·       The article is received damaged or defective.

·       The article received is different from the one ordered.

·       The product has a significant quality issue or the quality is not
up to the expected standard.

·       Any other verified mistake has occurred from Glame Cart’s side
while processing or fulfilling the order.

Refund Claim Process

To initiate a refund claim, customers may be required to provide clear
photos or videos of the received article for verification.

Once the refund claim has been reviewed and approved:

1.     The customer must return the article by shipping it to the return address
provided by Glame Cart.

2.     The returned article must be received by Glame Cart before the refund can be
processed.

3.     Once the returned article has been received and verified, the
approved refund amount will be transferred within 24–48 hours.

4.     The refund will be transferred through the payment method/account details
provided by the customer.

Please note that the overall return and refund process may take
approximately 5–7 business days, depending on the return
shipment and processing time.

Claims submitted after the 24–48 hour claim period may not
be eligible for a refund.

Glame Cart reserves the right to review and verify each claim before
approving and processing a refund.

Cases for Refund or Exchange

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

Change of mind after the order has been delivered.

Minor color, shade, or design variations caused by photography, lighting conditions, or
differences in screen/display settings.

Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or modified in any way.

Products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence
after delivery.

Orders placed with an incorrect size, variant, address, or other details provided
by the customer.

Products returned without their original packaging, tags, accessories, or included items, where applicable.

All refund and exchange requests are subject to inspection and verification by Glame Cart before approval.
